The Ugly Singaporean

This morning, I went to Tiong Barua Market, I go there once a week for past 10 years. I was standing beside my car and waiting for my husband to load the goods. A cab driver, in his early 50's, holding a cup of soybean drink, approached to his taxi, which was right next to my car.

He first started the car engineer, put down his drink. Then he took out a coffee mug, pouring whatever inside down the road next to his open door..

I was shocked and stared at him.

Then he transfered the soybean drink into the coffee mug, then, to my further shock, he threw the empty plastic cup down the road next to his car.

He then slapped the door and drove the car away, his taxi crushed the empty cup right under the wheels.

I was too shocked to even to look at the taxi number. I should have to write down the number and report him for littering.

Oh, since when? Singaporean can litter like this kind?
